What are our Billing Terms?
A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your event. This helps us hold your preferred date and begin preparing for your event. The remaining balance will be due day of your event.
Venue Requirements?
Our Booth fits in a 5x5 sqft space with 8x8 ceilings and the ground must be level. We can set up outside as long as wet weather and strong winds aren’t present. The preferred area isn’t in direct Sun
What are our print size options?
2x6 is our most popular 4x6 (horizontal or vertical) +50
How far does CG Booth Travel
We travel anywhere within a 25 mile radius of Fairfield, CA. Travel outside of our radius will be an additional travel fee of 70 cents per mile travelled. Clients are responsible for covering parking at the venue if necessary. We are not limited to our primary service areas of San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento, Napa or other surrounding areas. We encourage you to reach out with any questions in regards to traveling outside of these areas!
Am I provided a gallery or online album?
Yes! We provide a private online gallery where you and your guests can view, download, and share your photos after the event.
Do we provide props?
With our modern software that exceeds industry standards, We include complimentary digital props and additionally for +$20 we can provide physical props. We can also offer custom props for your event as well JUST ASK!
What are my options for custom backdrops?
While specializing in Photobooths, we can create ANY backdrop of your preference. Just ask! If you have an idea- we can make it happen!
What is a custom photo print?
We will work with clients to customize their photo prints to compliment their theme to their specific event/party as well.
What is an audio guest book?
An audio guestbook is a modern twist to the traditional guest; it lets your guests leave voice messages instead of writing in a book. They pick up a vintage-style phone, hear a short greeting from you, and record a personal message. After the event, we deliver the recordings digitally or have an option to keep the phone. Just ask!
